It is a given fact in life that sometimes it is the simple things that are very effective. Excess consumption of alcohol shows on your facial appearance so keep off these two to stay younger for longer.

2. Take a well deserved snooze

There has never been a better way to rejuvenate and replenishing all the powers of your body than a good night’s sleep. Sleep time is when all the major organs take time to rest and even your skin restores and renews itself. You will always know the culprits who never get a good night sleep because their eyes will be puffy, the skin will be sallow and dull and the face will generally be sagging. In general getting between 7 and eight hours of sleep every day will work well for most people.

The best preventative measure is to stay away from the sun’s rays anytime between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm.  Protect the parts of your body that are exposed by a plying a good sunscreen anytime you are out, even on those cloudy days because the UV rays can penetrate the clouds and still cause damage.  Wear hats, sunglasses and other protective clothing before going out in the sun.

10. Attitude

When all is said and done, your attitude plays a great role in your appearance and how you are going to age. A positive attitude is seen well in your appearance and the way you conduct all that you do. With a positive attitude people will wonder whether your body is not ahead of your mind and your whole general personality.
